By accessing, subscribing to, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2.1 Digital Service Characteristics

Once a service or subscription is activated or accessed, it is considered as consumed, even partially, due to the instant digital nature of the offering.

As our services closely resemble a free trial experience (with ongoing access or participation benefits provided immediately upon joining), refunds are not possible after activation or usage begins.

2A. INSTANT DIGITAL ACCESS

2A.1 Immediate Delivery

Upon payment confirmation or free trial activation:

  • You will immediately receive access to YouTube class links via email/WhatsApp
  • You will receive login credentials (if applicable)
  • This constitutes instant delivery of digital goods

2A.2 Non-Returnable Nature

  • Since access is provided instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are not possible once links are shared
  • Even if you do not view the classes, access has been granted and the service is considered delivered and consumed
  • Digital goods cannot be "returned" in the same way physical products can

3. No Refund Once Service Starts

Once you have begun using our service—whether by:

  • Receiving access links
  • Engaging with any paid plan

You shall NOT be eligible for any refund, full or partial.

3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Accordingly, no refund, chargeback, or cancellation will be entertained for:

  • Change of mind after purchase or trial
  • Dissatisfaction with class style, instructor, or content
  • Schedule conflicts or personal unavailability
  • Inability to attend sessions due to personal circumstances
  • Technical issues on the user's end (internet connectivity, device problems)
  • Partial usage (e.g., attending only some sessions in a package)
  • Non-participation despite having access

3A. FREE TRIAL POLICY

3A.1 Trial Purpose

  • Free trials are provided as a courtesy to evaluate our services before making a financial commitment
  • They are designed to give you a risk-free opportunity to experience our classes

3A.2 No Obligation

  • If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply do not make any payment
  • Trial access will expire automatically
  • No cancellation request is necessary

3A.3 Conversion to Paid

  • Once you upgrade to a paid plan after trial, the no-refund policy applies immediately
  • This applies even if you upgrade on the same day as starting the trial
  • Payment is considered confirmation of satisfaction with the service

3A.4 Trial Limitations

  • Trial extensions are not available
  • Free trial is a one-time offer per user/device/phone number
  • Attempting to create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials may result in account termination

4. Exceptions — Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Non-Delivery of Service

If, due to a technical or operational fault on our part, you do not receive access to the purchased service within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Payment processed but no access links received
  • System error preventing account activation
  • Server failure preventing access to content

This does NOT include:

  • Links delivered to spam/junk folder (user's email settings)
  • User not checking email/WhatsApp
  • User providing incorrect contact information

4.2 Duplicate Payment

If an unintentional duplicate payment has been made for the same service, and verified in our payment system through the payment gateway provider.

Requirements:

  • Must be two identical transactions
  • For the exact same service/subscription
  • Within a short time period (typically same day)
  • Verified through payment gateway records

4.3 Cancellation by Yog24x7

If a session or program is canceled by Yog24x7 due to unforeseen circumstances before you access any part of the service:

  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical platform failure
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, we may:

  • Offer a replacement session or rescheduled access, OR
  • At our discretion, provide a refund for the specific canceled event

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for that specific service.

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the transaction date for eligible cases only.

    6A. CHARGEBACK DISPUTES

    6A.1 Unauthorized Chargebacks

    Filing unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to services is considered fraudulent behavior and may result in:

    • Immediate account suspension and loss of access
    • Legal action to recover costs, damages, and legal fees
    • Reporting to payment processors and relevant authorities
    • Permanent ban from using Yog24x7 services

    6A.2 Legitimate Concerns

    If you have a legitimate concern or dispute:

    • Allow us 7 business days to respond before escalating

    6A.3 Credit Card Fraud

    If your credit card was used without your authorization:

    8A. RESCHEDULING REQUESTS

    • If you miss a live session, recordings (if available) will be provided to paid members
    • Missed sessions due to user unavailability do not qualify for refunds or extensions

    As services are instant-access digital products and offline sessions are pre-scheduled with limited capacity:

    • User-initiated cancellations after booking or payment confirmation are not eligible for refund
    • This applies even if cancellation occurs minutes after purchasev

    9.2 Alternatives

    However, users may reach out to us for:

    • Rescheduling to a different batch (subject to availability)
    • Account pause options for longer-term subscriptions (if applicable)
    • Alternative participation options

    Such accommodations may be granted solely at Yog24x7's discretion and are not guaranteed.

    10. CANCELLATIONS BY YOG24X7

    10.1 Unforeseen Circumstances

    If a session or program is canceled by Yog24x7 due to:

    • Technical platform issues (YouTube, website outages)
    • Instructor unavailability or emergency
    • Natural disasters or force majeure events
    • Insufficient enrollments

    We may either:

    • Offer a replacement session or rescheduled access, OR
    • At our discretion, provide a refund for the specific canceled event

    10.2 Notification

    Users will be notified of cancellations via:

    • Website/app notification

    As soon as reasonably possible (typically at least 2-4 hours before scheduled time, except in emergencies).

    10.3 Limited Liability

    Our liability in such cases is limited strictly to the amount paid for that specific service.

    We are not liable for:

    • Travel costs incurred
    • Time invested
    • Opportunity costs
    • Consequential or indirect damages
