Always consult your physician before beginning any yoga or fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

4A. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Users are responsible for:

  • Having a stable internet connection
  • Having a compatible device to access YouTube and our website/app,
  • Any data charges incurred while accessing our services
  • Updated web browser and necessary software/apps

The Company is not liable for technical issues, connectivity problems, or device incompatibility on the user's end.

5. YOUTUBE-HOSTED CONTENT

5.1 Content Delivery

  • Paid and free trial users will receive access links to view classes hosted on YouTube.
  • You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when viewing our content.
  • We may change video hosting platforms at any time without prior notice.

5A. FREE TRIAL ACCESS

  • Free trial is available once per user/device/phone number/email address

5A.2 Eligibility and Verification

  • The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny duplicate trial requests
  • Trial users must provide valid and accurate contact information
  • Misrepresentation to obtain multiple trials will result in account termination

5A.3 Communications

  • By accepting a free trial, you agree to receive limited promotional communications about our paid services
  • You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time

5A.4 Conversion to Paid

  • After trial expiration, you may choose to upgrade to a paid plan
  • No automatic billing - you must manually subscribe to continue access
  • Once you upgrade to paid, our refund policy applies immediately

  • Not copy, record, screen capture, download, or distribute any content from sessions without written consent from the Company;
  • Not share YouTube access links with non-subscribers or post them on public forums, social media, or file-sharing sites;
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our content;
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platforms.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account or access to Services, and may result in legal action.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All materials, content, branding, designs, logos, videos, audio recordings, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or distributed through the Yog24x7 platform are the exclusive property of Panpaliya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • The Company does not store payment details and is not liable for technical issues, transaction delays, or failures caused by third-party gateways.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

11.1 Opt-Out Right

before participation. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

11.2 Recording Disclosure

  • Live sessions may be recorded for internal quality control, instructor training, and to provide playback to paid members.
  • Recordings will NOT be publicly shared, sold, or distributed to unauthorized third parties.
  • By joining a live session, you consent to being recorded.

12. HEALTH & FITNESS WAIVER

BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CLASSES (YOGA, ZUMBA, FITNESS, ETC.), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

12.1 Assumption of Risk

  • You confirm you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
  • You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular stress, or other injuries.
  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

12.2 Medical Consultation

  • You have consulted with a physician before participating, or you waive this requirement at your own risk.
  • You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort.

12.3 Release of Liability

  • You release and hold harmless Yog24x7, Panpaliya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from:
    • Injuries or health issues resulting from participation
    • Use of our Services or following our instructions
    • Any acts or omissions by instructors or other participants.

12.4 Not Medical Advice

  • Our Services are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always seek advice from your physician for any health concerns.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS WAIVER, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN OUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY CLASSES.

13. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

The Company may suspend or terminate access to its Services (temporarily or permanently) if:

  • You engage in fraudulent activity or non-payment;

No refunds will be provided for termination due to user violations.
