It does NOT constitute a medical prescription under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and does not replace the advice of a registered medical practitioner.
The Happiness Prescription Partner Program is a B2B (Business-to-Business) wellness distribution initiative designed to integrate yoga and holistic wellness into the healthcare ecosystem.
We partner with pharmacies to recommend Yoga as a proactive lifestyle supplement that complements medical treatment.

What You Earn:
10% Partnership Appreciation on every paid subscription
Recurring: Earn on every renewal (unlimited duration)
Only from YOUR direct customer recommendations
What You CANNOT Do:
Recruit or onboard other pharmacies
Receive commission from other pharmacies
Key Point: Pharmacies focus ONLY on customer wellness, not pharmacy recruitment. This ensures the program remains customer-centric and legally compliant.

7. CUSTOMER INTERACTION GUIDELINES (THE SAFETY SHIELD)

7.1 The Recommendation Rule
You are an independent partner recommending a lifestyle service.
You are NOT:
A doctor or medical professional (unless you are)
A yoga therapist or certified instructor
Authorized to give medical advice
Representing Yog24x7 as employee
You ARE:
A wellness advocate
Sharing information about a beneficial service
Recommending a lifestyle supplement
Providing customers an option to explore
7.2 STRICT PROHIBITIONS (Immediate Termination if Violated)
YOU MUST NOT:
Medical Claims (NEVER SAY THESE):
"Yoga cures diabetes"
"This will treat your hypertension"
"Yoga reverses heart disease"
"You can stop your medication after doing yoga"
"This is better than your doctor's treatment"
"Guaranteed health improvements"
Any claim that yoga treats, cures, or replaces medical care
Medication Interference:
"Reduce your medicine dosage and try yoga"
"You don't need that tablet if you do yoga daily"
"Stop taking these pills, yoga is natural"
Any advice to alter prescribed medication
Coercion:
Forcing customer to sign up
Making customer feel obligated
Aggressive or repeated pressure
Withholding pharmacy services unless they subscribe
Why These Are Prohibited:
Legal Risk: Making medical claims without license = illegal practice of medicine
Ethical Violation: Dangerous to patient health
Liability: You AND Company can be sued
License Risk: Pharmacy license can be revoked
Criminal Charges: Potential under medical negligence laws

WRONG Response:
"Yes! Yoga cures diabetes. Do this daily and you can reduce your insulin dosage. Many people have reversed their condition."
Only share free trial link with customers who show interest

7.6 Consequences of Violations

Customer filed complaint about medical claims

7.7 Anti-Inducement Rule
Pharmacies must not offer "discounts" on medicines or pharmaceutical products as a reward for a customer subscribing to Yog24x7. The recommendation must be independent of the sale of scheduled drugs to ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council ethical standards.
8. REWARDS CALCULATION & PAYMENT
8.1 Minimum Payout Milestone
For Both Pharmacies and Consultants:
The ₹2,500 Threshold:
Rewards accumulate monthly
Payment triggered when total reaches ₹2,500 or more
No time limit - accumulates indefinitely until threshold
No expiry or forfeiture (unless you exit/are terminated)
Why ₹2,500 (not ₹10,000)?
Lower barrier encourages participation
Faster payouts motivate partners
Easier for smaller pharmacies to reach
Still sufficient to minimize transaction costs
8.2 Payment Schedule
Monthly Cycle:
Calculation period: 1st to last day of month
Statement generated: By 5th of following month
Payment processed: Within 15 working days of month-end (if threshold met)
Example:
December 2025 earnings: ₹3,200
Previous balance: ₹1,800
Total: ₹5,000 (crosses ₹2,500 threshold)
Statement sent: January 5, 2026
Payment processed: By January 15, 2026
Credited to bank: January 16-18, 2026 (depending on bank)
8.3 Payment Methods

8.4 Below Threshold
If monthly total is below ₹2,500:
Rewards carried forward to next month
Continues accumulating
Visible in monthly WhatsApp report
Keep earning until threshold reached
Example:
Month 1: ₹800 → Carried forward
Month 2: ₹900 → Total ₹1,700 → Carried forward
Month 3: ₹1,200 → Total ₹2,900 → PAYMENT! ₹2,900
If accumulated ≥₹2,500: Paid within 30 days of exit
If below ₹2,500: Generally forfeited
Exception requests: Email with explanation - decided case-by-case at Company's discretion
12.3 Company's Right to Terminate
We may terminate your partnership if:
You violate any terms of this agreement
Fraud, unethical behavior, or system manipulation
Your Drug License expires or is suspended/revoked
Repeated customer complaints
Making medical claims or dangerous recommendations
Breach of confidentiality or privacy
Damage to brand reputation
Non-compliance with laws or regulations
Negligent onboarding by Consultant
Effect of Company termination:
Codes deactivated immediately
No future earnings
Pending rewards ≥₹2,500: Paid within 30 days (unless fraud)
Below ₹2,500: Forfeited
If fraud: ALL rewards forfeited + recovery of already-paid amounts + legal action
12.4 Mandatory Cooling-off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, all Partners and Affiliates have a 30-day Cooling-off Period from the date of digital acceptance. During this period, you may terminate this agreement for any reason by emailing support@yog24x7.in. Since there are no joining fees, no refunds are applicable, but all data sharing will cease immediately upon such termination.
