Is Yog24x7 completely online?
Yes. All classes are live online sessions you join from a phone, laptop or TV at home. There is no in-person attendance.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Live only. An instructor teaches in real time and you follow along; you can ask questions in the class chat. No recorded sessions are provided.
Which language are classes in?
Hindi and English (Hinglish). Instructors give cues in a natural mix of both.
What are the class timings?
Six live slots every day, Monday to Saturday (IST): 6, 7 and 8 AM and 5, 6 and 7 PM. Yoga classes are 45 minutes, Zumba classes are 30 minutes.
Is Zumba included with Yoga?
Yes. Every plan and the free trial include both Yoga and Zumba at every slot.
Can beginners join?
Yes. Poses and steps are taught step by step with easier options; most members start as complete beginners.
Can men join? Can women join?
Yes — classes are for adults of any gender.
Is there a class suitable for people over 40 or seniors?
Adults of all ages join the same live classes, and easier variations are shown for every pose. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or recovering from surgery or injury, please consult your doctor before starting.
Does the instructor see me and correct my posture?
No. Classes are a live broadcast — only the instructor is on video — so guidance is step by step for the whole class. You can ask questions in the live chat.
How does the free trial work?
Register with your name and WhatsApp number; your class link arrives on WhatsApp. You get 7 days of full access to all slots, with no card and no automatic charge. After 7 days, choose a plan to continue.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, a phone/laptop/TV with internet, comfortable clothes and water. For Zumba, enough space to step to each side.
How much does it cost?
Monthly ₹499 or Yearly ₹3,999 (about ₹11 a day) — both include live Yoga and Zumba at every slot. International members pay ₹1,249 / ₹9,999. Plans renew automatically via Razorpay autopay until you cancel.
How does auto-renewal work, and how do I cancel?
Your plan renews on the same date each month (or year) through UPI AutoPay or your card. We send a WhatsApp reminder about two days before every charge, and your bank sends the mandatory 24-hour notice. To stop, reply CANCEL AUTOPAY on WhatsApp or use yog24x7.in/manage — you keep access till the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get my class link?
It is sent on WhatsApp when you register. You can also send the message “class link” to +91 94236 69423 on WhatsApp any time.
Who runs Yog24x7?
Yog24x7 is a brand of Panpaliya Technologies Private Limited, a DPIIT-recognised startup registered in Maharashtra, India. Classes are taught by founder Chirag Panpaliya (Yoga) and co-founder Rashi Panpaliya Dangra (Zumba).
