Online Yoga Classes

Live online Yoga classes, taught in Hindi & English

A 45-minute live class you follow from home, six times a day — no experience needed.

Every Yog24x7 yoga class is taught live by Chirag Panpaliya, who has practised and taught yoga since childhood. You watch and follow him in real time from your phone, laptop or TV, and can ask questions in the class chat. Classes are not recorded — you join live.

A typical class combines asana (postures for strength and flexibility), pranayama (breathing), face yoga and a short meditation. Cues are given in a natural mix of Hindi and English, so you can follow whichever you are comfortable with.

Because the instructor cannot see individual participants, every pose is explained step by step with easier options, so beginners and people with stiff bodies can join safely. Move within your own comfortable range.
