Online Zumba Classes

Live online Zumba classes — easy to follow, from home

Thirty minutes of dance fitness with a live instructor, six slots a day, no dance experience needed.

Yog24x7 Zumba classes are led live by Rashi Panpaliya Dangra, an engineer turned fitness instructor. You follow her moves in real time from home and can ask questions in the class chat. Classes are live only — there are no recordings.

Each 30-minute class is a full-body cardio workout set to upbeat music: a warm-up, simple repeated dance routines you can pick up in the first minutes, and a cool-down. Cues are in Hindi and English.

You do not need to know how to dance. Routines are built from a few repeated steps and Rashi shows a low-impact option for every high-impact move, so you can keep going at your own pace.

Who these classes are for

  • Beginners who have never danced
  • Adults who find running or gym workouts boring
  • Women and men who want a fun cardio habit at home
  • People who want to combine movement with stress relief
  • Anyone short on time — 30 minutes, done

  3. Two or three simple routines, each repeated so you learn the steps as you go — low-impact options shown throughout.
  4. Cool-down and stretch.
  5. Questions in the class chat.
